All of our off campus student rental apartment properties are very close to University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Schembri Property Management student apartment units offer: high end finishings, free ensuite laundry (some layout may vary), 1.5 and 2 full washrooms, balcony, every student bedroom is cable and phone ready, every student bedroom has separate lock, no carpet or vinyl - all units are wood and porcelain, no smoking environment, large kitchens with stove and fridge and large windows.

Please note, all of our off campus student rentals are lease only, however, the lease period may vary (4 months,8 months and 12 months leases available). In addition, all of our student rental units come unfurnished, but Schembri Property Management will supply furniture for a fee.
